Yes, you will have to pay before the video consultation, at the say time of scheduling it.

Do I need a lawyer and a procurator in all legal proceedings?
Generally yes, except cases of verbal judgment of less than € 2,000.
What's the difference between denouncement "Denuncia" and complain "Querella"?
Basically, the difference is that with denouncement, the person who is filing for the denouncement does not become an accusing party in the procedure, but with the complaint it does.
How to obtain Spanish nationality?
The nationality application form together with other requested documents must be presented to the Ministry of Justice. We will help you submit your application for Spanish nationality, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
When can I apply for Spanish nationality by residence?
The form of obtaining nationality by residence requires person’s legal residence in Spain for ten years, continuouse and immediately prior to the petition. There are exeptions to the ten-year requirement.
